Please note: For in-home appointments, clients must have their hair clean, dry, and ready for service prior to the stylist's arrival. CareCuts does not provide shampoo services during standard in-home appointments. When services are performed in an approved facility salon equipped with appropriate shampoo facilities, shampoo services may be available when arranged in advance.

Cancellation Policy
Standard Appointments
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
On-Demand Appointments
Because on-demand appointments are scheduled on the same day and are short notice, cancellations made after a CareCuts professional has begun traveling to your location may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Shows
If the professional arrives at the confirmed location and the client is unavailable or cannot be reached, the appointment will be considered a no-show and may be charged up to the full service amount.
Emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Policies
Refund Policy
Completed Services
All completed CareCuts services are generally non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact CareCuts within 24 hours of your appointment so we can review your concern and determine an appropriate resolution.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction based on a style or service performed as requested, or circumstances outside the service professional's control.
Unperformed Services
If CareCuts or the assigned professional is unable to provide a prepaid service, any amount paid for the unperformed service will be refunded or credited as appropriate.
Approved Refunds & Mobile Fees
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Mobile service fees may be non-refundable once the professional has traveled to or arrived at the service location.
